• Audra Wassenaar

    Audra Wassenaar is a local to the Malta area growing up in Clifton Park, NY. She attended The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY where she studied privately with Ms. Heidi Skok of the Metropolitan Opera. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education K-12 and a Master of Science in Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Her philosophy on music education as a vocal teacher stems from the idea that while we are here to build musicians, more importantly we are here to build students' confidence, articulation, and presence under pressure that will allow them to lead successful lives no matter what field their career takes them. Miss Audra has been teaching private music lessons for 10 years and hopes to continue the work she has been doing with the students at Allegro Music Studios! 

  • Meghan Gillen

    Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education K-12 from the College of Saint Rose.  She is an active performer in the area as well as a passionate teacher.  Her philosophy on music education hinges on the idea of creating an independent musician who can continue to study and appreciate music for a lifetime.  In the classroom, Meghan maintains a delicate balance of fun, high-energy silliness and strict discipline which results in very successful and motivated students. 

  • Lauren Bergeron

    Lauren Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education K-12 from the College of Saint Rose and is working on her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Childhood Education.  Music has been a vital part of life for Miss Lauren and she is excited to bring music into the lives of others.  Miss Lauren’s philosophy of music education is built on the foundation that everybody can be a musician. Music lessons not only provide students with a special skill but learning music also helps support students in building stronger literacy skills and self-management.  

  • Paul Joseph Rovelli

    Paul Joseph "PJ" Rovelli
    Jazz pianist and composer.
    Having studied with Bill Costa (Organist for the Rangers at Madison Square Garden) and two of the top Jazz pianists in New Jersey; Arnold Jones and Morris Nanton, ‘PJ’ brings a brilliant background to his art.  He has been teaching piano; starting as a teenager in the mid-70s and went on to form three major local rock bands in his youth.  He came into the Capital District 15 years ago and has had hundreds of students; some of whom are working in the music business today.

  • Mackenzie Seeley

    Mackenzie "Mack" Seeley is a K-12 Music Education major at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY, currently in his third year of study. Though primarily specializing in percussion, he is knowledgeable in piano, guitar, and ukulele. He is a personable, passionate, and enthusiastic educator who always makes the classroom a safe and relaxed space for the highest level of learning possible.

  • Gulnora Martin

    Gulnora "Nora" Martin is a classically trained pianist from Russia. She came to New York City at the age of 15 to study with pianist Oxana Yablonskaya at the Juilliard School. She earned her Master Degree in Music Education at CUNY Lehman College in the Bronx, NY and is a certified music teacher K-12.
